Country Living has come out with the best small towns for Christmas in the US. No surprise that Williamsburg Virginia came in on this list. We have the Grand Illumination each year, and the annual Christmas Parade on Duke of Gloucester Street.
Some of the other holiday events in this best small town include:
- Busch Garden’s annual “Christmas Town”, which includes holiday shows, hoping and dining.
- Colonial Williamsburg has a number of Christmas programs and events, such as the “Grand Illumination” fireworks show, walking tours, concerts and seasonal dining and shopping.
- And to end the year in style, there is the New Years Eve Cellar Tasting, at the Williamsburg Lodge, which offer a special tasting of some of Executive Chef Rhys Lewis’s favorite, hand-selected wines.
