Busch Gardens Williamsburg offers an interesting mix of 17th century charm and 21st-century technology, featuring nine villages themed around an iconic European setting, such as France’s Parisian streets, the Scottish Highlands, and Italian piazzas.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg boasts 130 acres of exhilarating fun with 50 rides and attractions, dazzling entertainment, and world class dining. Its top-rated roller coasters, such as Apollo’s Chariot, Verbolten, Griffon, Alpengeist, and the Loch Ness Monster, offer not only heart-stopping excitement but scenic views as well.

Experience a different thrill in Finnegan’s Flyer, which swings passengers 80 feet into the air at a speed of 45 mph. And in 2021, Busch Gardens is set to open the much anticipated world’s fastest multi-launch coaster, the Pantheon.

The little ones who can’t go on these rides will enjoy around 40 kid-friendly attractions and rides, such as Sesame Street Safari of Fun, where they can sing with Elmo and meet their favorite Sesame Street friends, or Land of the Dragons, where they can go on dragon themed amusement rides or splash around in a water play area.

Go-Karts Plus

Go-Karts Plus was built in 1989 on the original site of the Great American Waterslide on Richmond Road. It has since doubled its footprint and has become one of Williamsburg’s most popular family destinations.

Today, Go-Karts Plus boasts four exciting Go-kart tracks – The Super Stockarts, Figure-8 Track, Euro Track and Rookie Track. There’s now also a host of fun rides and attractions for the entire family, such as Bumper Cars, Blaster Boats, and The Disk’O, a thrilling adventure in weightlessness for that ultimate adrenaline rush.

Your little ones will love taking a swing at the 18 hole Western themed Gold Rush Mini Golf, or have their choice of fun at Toddler Town, where swings, tunnels, a water squirter, and rocking stationary rides await them.

Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

Experience a one-of-a-kind adventure at Great Wolf Lodge’s 79,000 square foot indoor water park. The gigantic attraction is packed with exciting splashy rides, such as the popular Howlin’ Tornado, an enclosed water slide that shoots you through a six-story funnel with twists and turns. Other must-tries are the tandem tube ride Alberta Falls, the surf simulator Wolf Rider Wipeout, and the raft riding water slide River Canyon Run.

Water Country, USA is the ultimate summer splash destination in Williamsburg. Considered the largest water park in the Mid-Atlantic, it offers more than 40 state-of-the-art rides and attractions, as well as resort-style amenities.

Experience high thrill mega slides, such as Colossal Curl, Vanish Point, Cutback Water Coaster and Rampage. Vacationing with friends? Try body surfing in the six-lane Nitro Racer and travel down 320 feet in seconds.

The water park also has child-friendly themed areas and water attractions. Kids will definitely have a burst of water fun in shallow splash areas, water playgrounds and kid-water slides.
