Over the twenty-seven years in real estate John has served in various capacities in the Realtor organization to include president, vice president, treasurer, and committee chair within the National Association of REALTORS® Property Management Committee, Virginia Association of REALTORS®, Property Management Advocacy Group, Williamsburg Association of REALTORS® Commercial Section, and the Community Association Institute. John holds a Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) Designation from NAR, which enables him to understand real estate and how it relates to world sales and business. Welcome to the Hampton Roads area of Southeast Virginia!

Our area is rich with military bases, beaches, the Chesapeake Bay, water activities, seafood, history, colleges and universities, and so much more! Some of the localities you maybe relocating to are Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, York County, Smithfield or Isle of Wight County, Suffolk, Gloucester, Williamsburg, or James City County. Wherever the location might be, I will be able to help you. If I can't help you directly, I am connected a referral source of other very wonderful REALTORs!

Currently, I am fortunate enough to hold the position of Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Traditions - Peninsula office. I enjoy helping our agents become better at helping YOU with your real estate needs. In addition, I am also still working with clients, helping them buy and/or sell their properties!

I have lived on the Peninsula off and on for many years, so I am very familiar with the area. I have been licensed since 2005. During that time, I have seen many different economic cycles, each one requiring a different skill set. I have also become very involved in our local REALTOR association, taking on many leadership roles. All of these positions help in becoming more knowledgeable and connected in the community.

And, of course, like most of my colleagues, I am and have been involved in many other civic organizations - from being a PTA volunteer to a Red Cross Disaster Relief volunteer to Chairman of our local Peninsula Youth Orchestra.

Lisa worked directly for me over the past two years, before that she worked with my wife for three years. During that time she took us to many property's to look at. As it was my first time buying a farm, she took the time to teach me what to look for in the land, barn and house. After looking at many property's we found the one which was a diamond in the rough. After negotiating she got the property for $64,000 below tax assessment. She then helped me with what I needed to do to the property to bring it up the value. After the renovations were done I added $95,000 to the value of the house. When it came to selling my old house she was on point again. Although we were not currently on the market, she did tell me what I needed to do to get top dollar for my house. She keep me in mind when she had clients that she thought we would like my house. When she found the client she brought them to my house one time and sold it for my asking price. Lisa is always looking for ways to get the deal done. When it came to refinancing my house the first lender told me it couldn't be done, I called Lisa and she got me in touch with her lender and once again we got the deal done. I would highly recommend her to anyone that I know. She will not let them down, she will listen to there wants and needs and find what they are looking for.

My real estate career began in 1990 while living in Belleville, Illinois. I attended Belleville Area College, majoring in Business and attended Jones Real Estate School for my training as an Agent with Coldwell Banker, specializing in military relocation and earning my Military Specialist credential. Real Estate is my profession. I have lived in Williamsburg for 31 years and forged many wonderful professional and personal relationships. Staying active in my community has provided personal fulfillment, specifically engaging the students of my Kiwanis sponsored "Builders Club" at Toano Middle School which keeps this ole man grounded and in touch. I grew up in Ohio, lived in North Carolina for 15 years while I was a Chief Financial Officer with various companies, and became a Realtor after moving to Williamsburg, VA 20 years ago. While the careers may seem very different, I regularly draw upon my finance background when working with my real estate clients. I've been active as an Associate Broker in the Williamsburg, VA market since 2002 and have personally handled hundreds of transactions. As Managing Broker for one of the area's largest real estate firms from 2009-2015 I was responsible for 50+ agents and thousands of contracts. Ted is the only broker you would want to find your forever home. I worked with him a few years ago and he is the most dedicated, honest and hospitable person you will find in the real estate business. Some brokers will just want a sale, and I speak from experience having bought and sold several homes over the years, but Ted will bring things to your attention, like "this home will need a roof soon etc, so you can make an informed decision before you get attached to what you see. Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Charlotte Hubbard Jones, Director of Coldwell Banker Tradition's Luxury and Lifestyle Homes Division. I I enjoy helping people find not only the right home, but a home in a community that delivers the lifestyle and experience they are seeking. After graduating from The University of Georgia, I worked in corporate sales before finding my passion for real estate. I initially pursued a career in real estate because I love meeting new people and I enjoy the challenge fulfilling each client's unique wish list. I now have over 20 years of experience in the Williamsburg luxury real estate market and I've had the pleasure of watching this area grow and blossom while retaining its charm.

I've been married to my college sweetheart for 19 years. We have three children that keep us entertained! Our teenage son is an avid basketball player and plays on his school team as well as travel teams. Our identical twin daughters are so much fun-they enjoy dance, swimming, running, and both share my love for tennis!

My favorite things to do here in Williamsburg are walking through Colonial Williamsburg in the mornings & evenings, Saturdays at the Farmer's Market, and days boating on the beautiful rivers that surround us.

My story starts in Guatemala, where I was born. I was blessed by being adopted by a family of three generations to live in Williamsburg. My family being in construction has paved not only the community but built the strong foundation of which I was raised. I am a graduate of Lafayette High School. After graduating, I had the honor to serve a two-year mission to continue my goal of serving those in Central America. While in Costa Rica I committed to learning another language to deepen my desire to serve and bring joy to those in need. I listed my home with Carrie Padula. She noticed that I had just had the house painted. She then gave me advice on what to do to attract more clients to purchase the home and sell it quickly. She advised was very small details that I never would have even noticed. Light fixtures were replaced, new faucets, and sprucing up the kitchen. The house was a rental and had been vacant for a few months so she had a lady deep clean it. The home looked beautiful. She had procured a full price offer for me in a short time with myself paying very little of the purchasers closing cost. It would behoove you to use her if you want to sell your home for a good price. I would never be considering using anyone else in a Real Estate transaction than Carrie Padula. She is amazing.

Donna is not your average realtor. She did not try and "sell" us anything just to score a payday. She cared so much about finding the perfect house for my wife and I that she worked with us for over a year to find the right one. When we were thinking about putting an offer on one house, she candidly told us that it was not a good idea. When we finally stumbled into a house that seemed too good to be true, she told us to act fast and helped put together an offer that landed us the house of our dreams.
